OMCD Task Force mandated

The August 2018 Business meeting of the OpenMath Society in Hagenberg mandated a Task force for OpenMath CD changes. It initially econsists of James Davenport, Michael Kohlhase, Florian Rabe, Lars Hellström, Moritz Schuboltz, Bruce Miller, and Jan Willem Knopper, further participants are welcome. The current set of issues under consideration can be extended by adding a new issue and labeling it “OMCD18”.

New online validation tool for OpenMath files and CDs

An experimental online validator (using custom JavaScript, not the normative schema) has been made available on the OpenMath website. Files can be uploaded by drag and drop if that is supported by your browser, or the XML text may may be entered into the text box supplied.
